Had a ton of fun with Clarence doing some promo workout photos for his website!
We did a few ball throws to start off with - def a good full body workout.
We were working on getting the camera sync'd up - so I was getting a little tired
Next we moved onto the pull downs, it had been a while since I've done those so I had to ask for a bit of direction.
Looks like I know what I'm doing lol
Last we did kettle bell swings - hate those!!!
I was doing it all wrong so Clarence showed me what to do and I pretended to train hi 😂
Ok - now I've got it!
It was a ton of fun and I really miss working out with Clarence - all my go go go keeps me from working with him. I def had my best body when I worked out with him!
